Well, no one guessed. ;-; It's Otohime. I was hoping to exploit how the silhouette looked similar to Seiga's. They have the same hairstyle. And this hairstyle looks incredibly unique.
ANYWAYS.
I worked hard on this one~ I loooove how it turned out~ I'M SO HAPPY MY ART IS IMPROVING!!!
The reason why Otohime's eyes are two different colors is because the last picture you see before you fight her shows the galaxy in her right eye. And the hands look fine too! 
By the way...do you like the starry background? I worked hard to make it look right.

Now she's interesting. Im not too familiar with Marine Benifit but she does look very interesting. I like to learn more about these kinds of touhou characters. Im already aware of the offical ones.
